With Snow and/or Ice spots and are being Plowed and Treated in the following areas Northern Panhandle, Northern Mountains, Eastern Panhandle, Central Mountains and in Pocahontas, Pendleton, Grant, Mineral county. Elsewhere roadways are mostly clear at this time.

Secondary Road conditions: Roadways are Snow and/or Ice covered and are being Plowed and Treated in the following areas Northern Panhandle and in Preston, Hardy, Hampshire county. With Snow and/or Ice spots and are being Plowed and Treated in the following areas Northern Mountains, Eastern Panhandle, Central Mountains and in Wood, Pocahontas, Pendleton, Grant, Mineral county. Elsewhere roadways are mostly clear at this time.
